Welcome to the Bay Heights Improvement Association WEB Page
The Bay Heights Improvement Association webpage provides information regarding news, regulations, important links, board members and neighborhood activities.
The Board of Directors believe that communication is vital to our neighborhood. Through communication, we all can become involved in our community and maintain a clean and safe environment. Given the importance of this, the Association is intent on creating an online tool that improves communication and ultimately saves money.
It is our intent that the neighborhood news section be one of the most utilized features of our webpage. Neighborhood news may include items that affect the neighborhood or communitity such as:
Conditions impacting traffic
An increase or decrease in crime effecting Bay Heights and Coconut Grove.
An example of an neighborhood activity is our Annual Picnic typically held on a Sunday in January. The picnic normally begins at 1:30pm, at the intersection of Shore Drive South and Tigertail Avenue. In concert with the picnic, it is not uncommon for the association to hold its annual elections for the officers and members of the board of directors.
The Association is interested in providing a tool that will benefit its residents. To do so, your input is critical to its success. Future enhancements to the webpage can include features such as:
The ability for neighborhood residents to submit articles and information
An E-mail service to deciminate news and information
An online resident directory that includes a search tool so you can quickly find any neighbor that is registered on the website.
Please take your time and enjoy the information presented here and let us know what you think.
